There are 13 CIHT Regions and Nations, and several in the rest of the world, and each region/nation committee organises regular meetings and seminars.
Welcome to CIHT Republic of Ireland.
Launched in 2006, CIHT Republic of Ireland acts as a forum for promoting professional excellence and engaging in national issues within the Highways & Transportation industry. The region aims to raise awareness of highways and transportation locally and promote membership of CIHT. The committee organises webinars and events that provide opportunities to learn and meet new people. Even if you’re not a member of CIHT, you’re still welcome to join us at any of our events.

Conference:
CIHT Republic of Ireland holds an annual conference that acts as a forum for the exchange and dissemination of technical advances as well as exchanges of experiences and ideas among engineers, planners, academics, researchers, developers, regulatory agents and project managers. Previous topics have looked at the challenges which face planning and transport professionals in integrating transport and land use, easing congestion and delivering large infrastructural projects.
